Just stopped by to visit the newly opened Apple Store at Grand Central Terminal and it is an amazing 23,000sf site. Almost everywhere you look is an army of red ‘soldiers’ better known as 315 Apple Store employees all around the terminal available to help you. Here are some of the features the new store has. Let us break it down for you…
- Easy Pay Checkout where you can slide your iphone across a product’s bar code and purchase the item then your receipt comes by email.
- Two “Genius Bars” for tech support
- A “Personal Setup Area” so buyers can get their gadgets up and running before they get on the train
- Only store with 15 minute “Express Workshops” featuring quick tutorials on how to use Apple Products.
