Five Places Jeremy Lin Should Call Home

It is impossible to ignore the “Lin-sanity” that has engulfed the New York City area recently with the outstanding play of our New York Knicks and the feel good story of Jeremy Lin.  One part we couldn’t get over was the fact that Jeremy was staying on his brother’s as well as teammate Landry Field’s couch and recently settled on a sublet in White Plains so we figured we must do our job as the largest privately owned real estate firm in the New York Metro Area and find him a home fit for a king.  Below you will find “5 Places Jeremy Should Call Home” handpicked by our management team as perfect fits for him since he isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Our criteria for Jeremy is as follows:

- Must be in close proximity to Madison Square Garden

- Must be affordable for his $800K a year salary, although his salary will expect a huge bump to around $5M not including endorsements next year

- Must have big enough living room for a large couch to return the favor to Landry Fields

- Must have a doorman because he is getting to be one of the most popular celebrities in all of sports

1.  180 West 58th Street – Midtown West - $1.625M

Luxurious one bedroom in a full service building with lin-credible services fit for a king.  It is only a block from Central Park and appropriate subway lines to get you to the Garden.  The apartment has a spacious, recently renovated living room perfect for entertaining and hosting a guest or two on your couch.  Worth a look or in Jeremy’s case a no look for its amazing open views and natural light.

2.  55 West 23rd Street – Chelsea - $1.495M

Live near the only thing just as hot and emerging as Jeremy is, Chelsea, in this incredible 2 bedroom condominium.  Jeremy will need the 24 hour service from his doorman and private fitness center.  He will even get his own private parking spot to keep away the thousands of reporters following him.  Even has plenty of closet space to put his Eastern Conference Player of the Week Awards in.  See it for yourself at the Open House this Sunday from 12:30-2pm.

3.  303 East 57th Street – Midtown East - $1.35M

Jeremy Lin is on top of the world right now, why not live there in this 2 bedroom at the Excelsior.  He will have full panoramic views of the city that is in love with him.  Features include sound proof windows for the peace and quiet he will need after playing 40+ minutes a night.  Extra add-ins from the building he will love and need include a concierge service, private spa, gym, pool, and 24 hour garage.

4.  The Ritz Tower – Midtown East - $2.875M

Might be out of his price range right now but available units in this building are as rare as talents Jeremy exhibits.  5 and a half rooms will be big enough to have his family over or his fellow starting five.  The building is one of the most illustrious in the city, some would say the ‘Harvard of Cooperatives’.    The apartment needs alittle work, but only some basic upgrades.  Everything Jeremy needs, they can provide.

5.  240 Centre Street - SoHo - $2.495M

Since Jeremy is one of the biggest trending topics on twitter, what trendier place to live than SoHo.  24 hour attendance, rare in SoHo, makes it stick out like a Jeremy Lin dunk.  This two bedroom loft is recently renovated and is a two level piece of perfection inside the Police Building.   It is also in the center of the most incredible restaurant offerings in Manhattan for his soon to be many dates.

Best of luck Jeremy throughout the rest of the year and keep giving New Yorkers something to cheer about.
