FURTHERING OUR HAMPTONS FOOTPRINT
Halstead Property delivered exciting news about the firm’s expansion in the Hamptons at last night’s Annual Meeting. A brand new Southampton office is slated to open at 31 Main Street in Southampton Village this spring. More than 20 agents (all new hires) will be working out of the new location. The office is set to be led by Nancy Hardy, who will serve as Director of Sales for Southampton.
“With her strong sales success in the Hamptons and her extensive management experience, [Hardy] was the perfect fit to lead our Southampton office as our director of sales,” said Halstead President Diane Ramirez.
As Nancy Hardy told The Real Deal, “I am thrilled to be heading up our newest office. This prime location is highly visible and gets a lot of foot traffic, so it couldn’t be better to expand Halstead’s Hamptons presence.”
Also announced at the annual meeting, Halstead’s East Hampton office will be moving to a prime corner storefront location (pictured above). The brand new site will be near triple the size of the existing office.
